Panadol Night (24 Caplets) contains two active ingredients, Paracetamol which is an analgesic (a pain reliever that relieves aches), an antipyretic (reduces body temperature when you have a fever) and Diphenhydramine hydrochloride, an antihistamine with additional sedative properties.
