Co-Diovan Valsertan/ Hydrochloride 160/12.5 28 tablet Treatment of essential hypertension in adults. Co-Diovan fixed-dose combination is indicated in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on valsartan or hydrochlorothiazide monotherapy.
